Our floral arrangements are all securely packaged ensuring the flowers are fully protected during transit. We aim to have your designs made by 2 week’s maximum which will be sent out signed for either by Royal Mail or dhl postal services 

returns are accepted with a maximum of 10 days although the product should not be tampered with in any way
